Adamick Architecture was the architect of record for this three-story single-family property in Algiers Point. The main feature of this 3-bedroom, 2.5 bath property is the breathtaking views from a 3rd-floor observation deck and bar overlooking the MS River and N.O. skyline. We worked with the New Orleans Historic District Landmarks Committee and created this wonderful contemporary design that is a departure from the historic architecture within this neighborhood. Noteworthy features include tall first-floor ceilings with exposed beams, a generous master bedroom suite on the second floor as well as an additional guest bath and laundry room. Pentek Homes was both the developer and contractor of record for this property.
