The owners of this high-style Lower Garden District residence approached our team to design tasteful interventions to their home to meet their needs while keeping with the home’s historic architecture. We remodeled the existing bathroom behind the grand winding staircase, working with the clients to select the materials and finishes for a formal look. Upstairs, we converted a storage closet at the front of the house to a showstopping secondary bathroom, servicing the adjacent bedrooms, and modified the primary suite for a large bathroom and shower. As part of our scope of work, we also designed a new exterior porch and balcony and worked with the HDLC on approval for exterior details.
