Adamick Architecture was the architect of record for the renovation of this lovely two-family residence in the Esplanade Ridge Historic District of New Orleans. Walls were removed and re-configured, allowing for a larger two-story owner’s side and a one bed, one bath ground-floor guest unit. On the owner’s side, premium fixtures and finishes include coffered ceilings, open shelving, custom millwork, and beautifully restored historic windows and doors. The guest side features a full-service kitchen and an ample amount of closets for storage.
