Adamick Architecture worked with the New Orleans HDLC to design a home that closely matched the characteristics of the Algiers Point neighborhood of New Orleans. This three story property boasts first floor areas for entertaining and master suite, second floor living, and a 3rd floor deck that overlooks the river and city skyline of the Greater New Orleans area. The exterior design mimics historical architecture of the neighborhood. Interior amenities of this 2,435 square foot property include 12 foot ceilings, exposed beams, surround sound, and a wet bar and wine fridge on the 3rd floor. Pentek Homes was the owner and developer of this new construction.
