Adamick Architecture was the architect of record for this new construction of a two-family residence in the Seventh Ward of New Orleans with a mother-in-law suite and cabana at the rear. A second-floor balcony wraps around a portion of the building and is accessible via the bedrooms in two of the apartments. In the main unit, there is a second master suite with a bathroom and loft. Interior features and finishes of this three-story home include exposed beams, pine flooring, high-end kitchens with quartzite counters, and stainless-steel appliances. Osborne Contractors, LLC was the contractor of record.
