Adamick Architecture partnered with a local hospitality group to develop two vacant lots off the OC Haley corridor, steps from New Orleans’ Warehouse District. To fit the context of the historic New Orleans neighborhood, we designed Greek Revival townhouse style residences with entablatures at the front roofs and secondary side porch entrances. In each building, the front half houses bedrooms and bathrooms, with a grand open kitchen-dining-living space at the rear half of the first floor, which opens out to a rear porch to access a swimming pool. Going upstairs, you land at a lounge space for additional living, surrounded by additional bedrooms at the rear.
