Adamick Architecture was the architect of record for the complete renovation of this 70s split-level home in Metairie, LA. An addition was established in the rear of the house, where the existing screen porch and deck were replaced with an open deck and sunroom with new roof. Walls were removed throughout the structure, allowing for a more open floorplan. The original ceiling made of Tectum, a sound-reducing acoustic tile, as well as the exposed wood beams were retained throughout the house. Notable features include updated appliances, fixtures, and finishes, recessed lighting, and updated window treatments.
