Adamick Architecture designed a major renovation to this existing two-family Uptown residence, converting it to a single-family home. The client sought to keep some of the original components of the residence. As such, the parlor rooms with original double pocket doors were preserved at the front, while acting as a connection into a large open-concept living-dining-kitchen space. Upstairs are multiple bedrooms, each with their own en-suite bathrooms, and a finished third floor. Double doors lead out to a covered rear porch, adjacent to a pool and cabana featuring an outdoor kitchen and bathroom.
