Adie Kaplan
Adie is the interiors manager at Adamick Architecture, bringing a blend of interior architecture and film design experience to every project. Originally from Boston, she fell in love with New Orleans during college, earning her Masters of Architecture from Tulane University. After several years working in San Francisco, she returned in 2010, inspired to contribute to the city’s post-Katrina rebuilding. Adie’s background spans commercial and residential interiors as well as 13 years as a set designer in the film industry, where she designed and detailed sets for productions in New Orleans and across the country. This diverse experience shapes her approach to creating thoughtful, intentional interiors. She loves stepping into her clients’ shoes to craft spaces that reflect their needs and personal style. Adie is continually inspired by New Orleans’ rich architectural heritage and the textures and materials that define its character. Outside of work, she enjoys exploring the city with her husband and two children, dancing, catching live music, costuming, and hunting for hidden treasures at weekend estate sales.
