Adamick Architecture partnered with local developers to create three new, hospitality short term rentals, on a single vacant lot along Louisiana Avenue. Care was taken to develop both large communal gathering spaces, and more intimate spaces where guests could have one-on-one conversations. These buildings are defined by their double height living rooms on the inside and pools surrounded by the structure on the outside with double galleries that overlook the pool decks. The interior selections were curated to create fun, unique experiences for the guests. The clients also worked with The YAYA Arts Center for a variety of the art you see throughout the houses. JLV was the contractor of record. If you’re interested in visiting or staying in one of the homes you can click here to be redirected.
