This historic Uptown home underwent a true transformation. What started as a 950 square foot house grew into more than double its original size with a two-story addition at the rear, reshaping the home into an L-shaped floor plan that opens up the whole property.
Inside, the new layout centers on an open concept living area anchored by a fully renovated kitchen, flowing out to a private, semi-covered back porch, ideal for New Orleans summers. Interiors were designed by Brooke Cranford, bringing thoughtful, cohesive design to every room. Notable details include a powder room tucked into the Owner’s Suite and new fixtures throughout the home. The construction was completed by Dixie Construction.
