Adamick Architecture had the pleasure of restoring and modernizing this existing home. The house was in complete disarray after years of renter abuse, to the extent of a partially collapsed wall due to lack of upkeep. The client decided to convert it into a single family residence to later sell, as such, the property was gutted and recreated with an open living ground floor with a primary suite and a generous second story addition that includes bedrooms, landing, and full laundry room. City Wide Construction was the contractor of record.
