Adamick Architecture was responsible for the full renovation and camelback addition of this home in Midcity, New Orleans. On the first floor, entertaining and dining areas lead to a brand new screened in porch at the rear of the property that spans the width of the house. The ground floor also contains the master suite. The second floor has two bedrooms, a playroom with built ins and a laundry. The entire house was raised 18 inches and received a new foundation. The building was under partial HDLC control and care was taken to preserve as many historic elements to the house as was possible. Noteworthy interior features include a wet room in the master bath, custom benches at the second floor landing and play area, and galley-like kitchen with new stainless steel appliances. Titan Construction was the contractor of record.
